We use it to produce and send your report, and to reply to you. That's all. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone except the service providers needed to deliver the work — an AI model provider to run the queries, an email provider to send the result, and Stripe to take payment.
If we emailed you without you asking, we did so on the basis of inferred consent under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth): the address was conspicuously published on your business's own website and the message concerned your business's online visibility. Every message identifies us and includes a way to opt out.
Reply "unsubscribe" to any message and we remove you permanently. Not for 30 days — permanently. We keep your address on a suppression list purely so we never contact you again.
Our reports analyse publicly available information: what AI assistants say when asked for recommendations, and which public web pages they cite. We don't collect personal information about individuals, staff or customers, and we don't use tracking pixels in our emails.
Email hello@aishortlisted.com and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If we've got something wrong and you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
