For clinics, practices and local specialists
Patients now ask AI who to see. It answers with four names.
If yours isn't one of them, you were never in the running. We put 30 real patient questions to AI assistants with live web search, then show you exactly where you stand, who outranks you, and which pages the AI trusted.
NO ACCOUNT · NO CARD · RESULTS USUALLY SAME DAY
Real result from our live scan of Brisbane cosmetic dentistry, August 2026. The assistant read 16 web pages before answering.
The measurements
AI search is roughly thirty times more selective than Google.
Google shows a list and a map. An AI assistant gives an answer: one short list of names, no second page, no "see more results". Either you're in it or you don't exist in that conversation.
Share of 350,000+ business locations that ChatGPT recommended. The same brands appeared in Google's local pack 35.9% of the time.
SOCI, 2,751 BRANDSNames in a typical AI answer. No fallback list, no page two. The clinics named first win the patient before you knew there was a race.
OUR SCANSWeb pages one assistant read before recommending a Brisbane dentist. Directories, review sites, forums, competitor websites. Those pages decide who gets named.
LIVE SCAN, AUG 2026Questions in which one established Brisbane clinic was named. Thirty chances to be recommended. Zero mentions. They had no idea until we measured it.
CLIENT SCANHow it decides
The AI doesn't invent its shortlist. It reads for it.
Every recommendation is assembled the same way, in seconds, while the patient waits.
STEP 1
A patient asks
Real questions, typed the way real people type them. "I'm terrified of dentists and need a full smile makeover, who should I see?"
STEP 2
The AI reads
187 pagesDirectories, review sites, Reddit threads, local magazines, your competitors' websites. Every one of them knowable. Almost nobody checks.
STEP 3
It names names
Three or four businesses, in order, with reasons. The patient books. The clinics that weren't named never know it happened.
The pages in step 2 are the entire game. We capture every one of them, and tell you which ones you're missing from.

Questions
Straight answers.
Is this exactly what ChatGPT shows my customers?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. We query AI models through their APIs with live web search enabled. That's a strong, repeatable measure of how AI systems describe your market and who they favour. The consumer apps add personalisation, memory and location signals, and answers vary between runs. We report what we measured and label it clearly.
Can you guarantee you'll get me recommended?
No. Anyone who guarantees an AI ranking is guessing. What we can do is measure your current position precisely, show you exactly which sources the AI reads, and tell you which of those you're missing from. Acting on that is the part that moves the number.
Does this matter for my industry?
It matters most where people research before they buy: cosmetic and dental clinics, specialists, legal and financial services, high-value trades. It matters least for genuine emergencies, where people just open Maps. If you're not sure, run the free check. It costs nothing and the answer is specific to you.
What do I actually do with the report?
Most actions take you or your web person an afternoon: claim and correct the specific directories we name, publish content answering the real questions we found, and paste in the structured data we generate for you. The files come ready to use.
Who's behind this?
A small independent operation on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. You deal with a person, not a support queue. Every email gets a reply from Liam.
