A one-off report. We generate approximately 30 questions modelled on how people ask an AI assistant for a recommendation in your category and location, put each question to an AI model with live web search enabled, and record which businesses are named and which web sources the model retrieved.
You receive: your appearance rate and average position, a competitor share-of-voice leaderboard, the list of sources the model used and which you are absent from, the questions you were not named for, a prioritised action list, and paste-ready structured data, an llms.txt file and FAQ content.
We measure and report. We do not guarantee that you will be recommended by any AI assistant, that your appearance rate will improve, or that you will gain customers. Anyone guaranteeing an AI ranking is guessing.
Our results come from AI model APIs with web search enabled. They are not a byte-for-byte reproduction of what an individual person sees in the ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity apps, which apply personalisation, memory, location signals and their own instructions. AI answers also vary between runs. We report what we measured, on the date we measured it.
The action list is our informed opinion, not professional advice. If you are a registered health practitioner, you remain responsible for your obligations under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and AHPRA advertising guidelines. We flag known constraints where we can, but you should check anything you publish.
Within 2 business days of payment. If we can't complete your report — for example your category or location returns too little data to be meaningful — we'll tell you and refund you in full.
The report is $149 AUD, charged once. AI Shortlisted is not registered for GST, so no GST is included in that amount and none is charged. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are always entitled to a remedy if the service is not delivered with due care and skill or does not match what we described.
Beyond that, our own policy is simple: if you've read your report and don't think it was worth $149, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. You don't have to return anything or justify it. We'd rather refund you than have you feel misled.
